Building a culture that is innovative will help a company survive during a tough economy. Innovation is not something that only applies to technology oriented companies; it impacts success in all industries. Employees, especially younger ones, usually enjoy working for a company perceived to be innovative. It is difficult to create innovative cultures in companies that are stagnant without new hires (“fresh blood”).
