Harassment (General)

Harassment can take many forms although most bosses are just aware of sexual harassment.  Harassment can be a perception; many times bosses don’t realize that their words and actions can be interpreted as harassment. Any time an employee feels s/he is being ‘picked-on’ for any reason whatsoever, it may be considered harassment. Any type of harassment, if not addressed promptly, can have very detrimental effects on morale and productivity, and lead to expensive lawsuits.
